FINISHED WORK. All seams sealed, stone chip guard applied, painted almond green internal, external and underside of shell.

All panel gapping correct, welding and repairs completed ready for 2K primer.

FINISHED WORK. Complete bare metal strip and internal and external repaint. Welding new front wings, inner wings, a pillars, rear arches and door bottoms.  

A very presentable engine bay

Under the bonnet looking very tidy.

Shell painted and ready for wax injecting and refit. Lights, trim, seals, glass etc.

Body shell back to bare metal.

BEFORE. This image was taken at the paint stripping and old material removal stage. Like most vehicles around a similar age the Roller has been subjected to various body repairs and paint refinishing in its life time. Resulting in a unstable substrate which has to be removed back to the metal before we can carry out any new paint work.
